Who We're Looking For
Female Flag Football Coaches & Mentors
Female athletes, former players, current players, or coaches who want to be visible role models for younger girls in the sport.
Skills / Support Coaches
Coaches who can help with speed, catching, route running, quarterback development, flag pulling, defense, practice organization, or team support.
Coaching Responsibilities
- Attend practices and team events when available
- Help teach football fundamentals and position skills
- Support route running, passing, catching, rushing, defense, and flag pulling
- Encourage effort, teamwork, coachability, and accountability
- Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff
- Support a positive, family-first club culture
- Follow OC HAVOC safety and conduct expectations
Safety & Expectations
All coaches and team volunteers may be required to complete background screening, safety training, concussion awareness, and other club requirements before working with athletes. Player safety and trust are non-negotiable.
