Girls Flag Football in San Juan Capistrano

OC HAVOC is a South Orange County girls flag football club serving San Juan Capistrano families and the surrounding communities. San Juan Capistrano is central to our club — OC HAVOC tryouts and events may use local South OC fields such as Sendero Field when scheduled, making it a convenient place for local athletes to get involved.

Winning is fun, but our program is built on something deeper. We develop leadership, accountability, resilience, humility, and work ethic in every athlete. Players learn the skills of the game — routes, catching, flag pulling, and coverage — inside a culture that values effort and growth as much as results. Those lessons follow athletes long after the season ends.

Tryouts are open to a wide range of athletes. Beginners are welcome and will be taught the fundamentals from the ground up. Experienced players will be challenged to sharpen their game. And multi-sport athletes from soccer, lacrosse, track, and other sports will find that their speed, agility, and competitiveness translate quickly to flag football.
