Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of the OC HAVOC website, player registration, membership enrollment, program participation, and purchases made from OC Havoc LLC.
Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Consent
OC HAVOC is a youth sports organization. Player registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting information, the parent/guardian confirms they are authorized to provide information for the athlete.
Program Participation
Submitting a player signup does not guarantee placement on a specific team. OC HAVOC staff determine roster fit, age group eligibility, team placement, and program participation based on age, experience, roster needs, and club discretion.
Payments
Prices are listed in USD. OC HAVOC currently serves United States only customers. Charges may appear on statements as OC HAVOC. Memberships, camps, clinics, private sessions, small-group training, tryouts, and gear may be billed separately.
Recurring Billing
If a parent/guardian enrolls in monthly membership, they authorize OC Havoc LLC to charge the published monthly membership rate on a recurring basis until cancelled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, gear returns, and event credits are governed by the posted Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Gear and Merchandise
Product availability, sizing, turnaround time, and delivery timing may vary. Custom and personalized items may be final sale.
Conduct
Players, parents, guardians, coaches, and spectators are expected to support a positive, respectful, safe, and competitive club environment. OC HAVOC may remove participants from programs for behavior that violates club standards.
Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with site operations, or use OC HAVOC content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in sports involves risk. Families are responsible for reviewing program details and making appropriate decisions for their athlete. OC HAVOC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, registration, purchases, or program participation to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Updates
OC HAVOC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or programs after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
