OC HAVOC is proud to serve South Orange County families who are looking for a competitive, positive, and development-focused girls flag football home. We welcome athletes from San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo, and the surrounding communities. Wherever your family calls home in South OC, there is a place for your daughter on our field.

Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in California, and OC HAVOC helps lead the way locally. Led by Club Director and Head Coach Ben Gomez, our staff combines years of flag football experience with a culture built on positivity, effort, and family.

We believe talent alone is not enough. Our coaches invest in each athlete's skill, football IQ, confidence, and character. Players learn route running, catching, flag pulling, defensive coverage, and the discipline of competing the right way. Just as importantly, they build leadership, accountability, resilience, and work ethic that serve them far beyond the field.

As girls flag football continues to grow across schools and clubs, OC HAVOC supports athletes who want to prepare for school and club flag football opportunities. Our program helps players develop skills, habits, and a competitive foundation they can carry into future seasons — whatever the next step looks like for them.

Some of our strongest players come from other sports. The speed, agility, spacing, and competitive mindset built in soccer, lacrosse, track and field, basketball, and water polo translate naturally to flag football. No prior football experience is required — just a willingness to learn and compete.
