We may collect player name, date of birth, grade, school, city, experience level, uniform sizes, preferred jersey numbers, parent/guardian name, email, phone number, messages submitted through forms, media submissions, and program-related information.

We use information to review player signups, determine age-group eligibility, communicate with families, manage rosters, support practices and events, process memberships and purchases, provide customer support, and operate the OC HAVOC website and programs.

Player date of birth and private eligibility information are used internally and are not displayed publicly. Public player profiles, if used, should only show approved information with appropriate consent.

OC HAVOC may use third-party payment processors to process memberships, camps, training, tryouts, and merchandise purchases. OC HAVOC does not store full credit card numbers on its website.

Parents, guardians, players, or staff may submit photos or videos. Media may require review and approval before being displayed publicly. OC HAVOC may remove media at any time.

OC HAVOC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, process payments, manage communications, or support club operations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfect, but we work to limit access to private player and family data.
